Randy has 17 years of private business management and ownsership experience. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota at Crookston where he’s attained his AS degree. Later, he attained a degree in Respiratory Therapy from the Advanced Vocational Technical Institute in East Grand Forks, MN During his career as a Respiratory Therapist he has served as a staff RT for 10 years, supervisor and educator for 3 years, and has worked in home health and consultancy for 6 years

Curt Merriman: Vice President Sales and Marketing - (612-760-0904)
Curt Merriman has been in the respiratory profession since 1979. He has worked as a staff therapist for
3 years, a supervisor for 1 year, 8 years in cardiopulmonary management and diagnostics, 13 years in the home medical equipment industry, started as a staff therapist with C.O.R.E. in 2004 and became a partner with C.O.R.E. in 2005. He received his A.A.S. in Respiratory Therapy in 1979 from St Mary’s Jr
College, Minneapolis, MN and obtained his RRT in 1980 from the NBRC. In 1994, he received his
B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Metropolitan State University, St Paul, MN.

Patricia Johnson: Vice President of Respiratory and Sleep Services - (612-987-3356)
Patricia has been in the field of Respiratory Care since 1984. She worked 11 years as a staff therapist,
2 years as an Education Coordinator & 5 years in Pulmonary research until becoming a partner with C.O.R.E. in 2002 She attended Anoka AVTI for Respiratory therapy & received her BS in Education
from the University of Wisconsin River Falls. She works in NICU, diagnostics & Pulmonary
Rehab at C.O.R.E.

Andy Peroutky: Senior Vice President of Respiratory Services - (612-964-7265)
Andy has 25 years of experience in the field of Respiratory Care. He graduated from the CRTT program at Maricopa Technical College in Phoenix, Az, in 1982 and later received his A.A.S. in Respiratory from Pima Medical Institute in Mesa, Az. He has worked as a staff therapist for 6 years, 6 years in Pulmonary rehab and Tobacco intervention and 13 years in management. He has been with C.O.R.E. since its inception.

Barbara Sherwood: Marketing and Education - (612-508-3157)
Barbara has worked in direct patient care since 1994. She worked as a certified nursing assistant and physical therapy assistant while attending college for Respiratory Therapy. She has been teaching BLS classes since 1999, and currently teaches it to the Twin Cities community of healthcare and non-healthcare workers. Barbara attended and graduated from North Dakota State University where she was the first president of the NDSU Respiratory Care Club and ultimately graduated in 2000 with a BS in Respiratory Care. During her career as an RT Barbara has worked in a variety of positions from adult trauma to neonatal critical care, education of staff and patients
